Made with wild nettle, this one is my signature recipe packed full of super foods including matcha green tea and Irish Sea Moss. The refreshing peppermint flavour in the chocolate drizzle and the crunchy cacao nibs in the base bring back fond memories of mint choc chip icecream! The 'moss' topping is actually made from spirulina, coconut and pistachios.
Requires refrigeration and should be served chilled. Best consumed within 3-4 days.
