EMBODY THE GREEN MAN ~ Ceremonial Dance Journey Day Workshop Saturday 14th March 11am – 3pm @ The Sky Barn, Chyan Farm This is a day workshop working with the archetype of the Green Man open to all gender identities. The Green Man is the primal, wild masculine life force energy – the pulsating thrust of life that rises up through the earth and into the sap of the trees. He is the horned God, Pan, Cernunnos - he who is at one with the woods and the creatures. When we rewild our masculine energy and connect it into the field of our heart, we show up in devotion and service to all life. We cultivate the courage to act, and become a fierce protector of the feminine, the Earth and the vulnerable. In this workshop, we are working with Grail mythology through somatic practices and ceremony to remember the pelvic bowl/womb space as the living chalice, and to reclaim our sword of truth, coming into integrity and devotion to all life. What to expect: - Arrival and setting up of ceremonial space - Elemental Dragon Activation – cleanse and awaken the tantric light pathways of the body - Lunch break – bring a vegan dish to share - Green Man Archetypal Dance Journey – Rooting deep into the Earth, we dance with our (etheric) cock and allow the current of wild eros to flow through us. We work with the breath, sound and movement to release patterns of shame and fear - Grail King Crowning – Connecting to the heart and receiving solar energy into our whole system, we align with divine truth and marry the Grail Queen and King within - Live harp music to ground and integrate Shilly is a trained Rose Grail Priestess who also offers 1:1 embodiment sessions working with the Grail Rites Initiations. She has been teaching dance in Cornwall since 2019 and is a trained Kundalini Dance facilitator, she is passionate about Sacred Inner Union and guiding people home to the wisdom of their body.
