Kundalini Dance™ ~ Chakra Alchemy – 8 week Dance Series Kundalini Dance™ is a tantric shamanic practice where you can authentically express your body and soul through movement, breath, and sound. Each dance session we focus on a different chakra, journeying from the Root to the Crown Chakra over the course of 8 weeks. In each session we dive deep into an alchemical transformational process clearing old patterns and energetic blockages around each chakra, cultivating self awareness and loving presence to meet ourselves as we are. At each chakra we marry the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine within. Their energetic re-union creates an ecstatic star burst in your cells that awakens the highest possibility of your soul. This is not a 1:1 therapy, but a transformational dance practice, so it may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing mental health difficulties.
